Fees

Choosing to start therapy is an investment in yourself and your wellbeing. I aim to keep my fees affordable while offering a warm, professional and supportive service.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are available face-to-face, online, at home or as walking therapy.

Standard Fee: £55

Student Counsellor Therapy Fee: £45

Student Fee: £45

NHS Band 5 and Below: £45

There is a travel fee for home visit therapy.

If you're unsure whether therapy is right for you, I offer a free initial consultation. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to counselling, explore how I work, and decide whether we feel like a good fit.
